Qué Sera Sera?

Last night we went out to dinner, think quaint bistro. Anyway, after 4 days of fighting off a nasty head cold, followed by another headache the size of Manhattan, the night out was much welcomed as well as required. I love to wear a dress every now and then, and lately, maxis seem to be my go-to preference....

Pink Martini is what you are listening to. Something about this song brings me back to Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz and classic Hollywood films starring Greta Garbo and Rita Haywood! :)

Earrings: Christmas present. Maxi dress: Forever 21. Bracelet: Vintage. Heels: Manolo Blahnik.

One Language

  • I am 100% infatuated with my new Sam Edelman boots, I swear they look (almost identical) to MK's F/W '06 Balenciaga ones. Thanks to Nicole for hooking me up!
  • Had a blast with the Photographer yet again. I love his dynamic personality.
  • Thank you Lillian over at One Language for sending over this lovely Haute (one hundred percent natural) canvas tote. I can fit my entire life inside of it. Perfectly chic and efficient at the same time. I love that each design is limited edition, the plenty of pocket space and how they are each lined with handwritten inspirational quotes within.
  • Was inspired by Christing to get this Aldo beret. Thanks, lady!
  • La-Mimi I'm still loving my Essie nail polish in Mesmerize.
PS:

Just a few Wants!

• Vince Motorcycle jacket

Serena Van der Woodsen (Blake Lively) had on the most perfect cropped leather jacket on Gossip girl. I believe the
episode was "The Age of Dissonance" at the bar scene near the end with Blair.

• Alexander Wang Tee

He describes them as being the perfectly slept in shirt. Never tight, or body conscious; rather loose and soft.

• Black eyeliner

Anything dark as night and long lasting is good in my book.

• Essie nail polish

In turquoise. Other fans? Tallulah Morton and Harley Viera Newton.

• The perfect blazer

A new favorite line of mine, Boy by Band of Outsiders, the pieces in their collection are simply epic! I want a perfectly
fitted, yet somehow loose and baggy, blazer. Nothing cropped, just right.

Could you feel my footsteps?

And He departed from our sight that we might return to our heart, and there find Him. For He departed, and behold, He is here.

That's just the way the Story goes ....

Ever since Audrey Hepburn portrayed Holly Golightly in Breakfast at Tiffany's, diamond earrings have been a fascination of mine. Part luxury and part classic. I have always found that a simple stud earring can go further than any dangly, garish and ostentatious piece from a costume shop could. Luckily, I found just what I was looking for at Abazias. A perfectly delicate clustered diamond set. Thank you Abazias!!

With very special thanks to the local photographer who took these shots of me over the weekend.

Thanks to INSIDE MODE for featuring me and my Trench on your esteemed website!

Bloglovin' -
Being a blog addict myself, bloglovin' has simplified my life. In that, now instead of checking a particular blog over and over again in a single day (looking for the latest updates) I can now be easily alerted as to when any one of my favorites (trust me, I have a lot of favorites!) has anything new to say. Kind of like an online magazine, except better, because the stars of the pages are my favorite bloggers! To know when I've updated, you can follow my blog here.
