Missing Miami

This time last year I could wear tank tops and cut offs with sandals. I miss Miami but am excited for Snow. Will it? Rumors say maybe this weekend!! Other excitements in the air: beautiful packages on their way to me via Forever 21, Urban Outfitters and Topshop. I love goodies by mail, especially before Christmas!

Ps. I am on the hunt for the perfect black fingerless gloves. Any ideas!?

The Eastern Glow

I'm over the moon with my Foley + Corinna leather bag in delectable eggplant. Thanks to the wonderful Shop Therapy contest, I was able to win this magnificent handbag. The leather is incredibly supple. You guys are amazing. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I'm also extremely thrilled with my new Oxford studded booties, courtesy of Newport News. I love you guys!! My brother was in town for the day, thus the outdoor shots this time around. Very exciting stuff. I had a blast pairing the minidress with knee socks, a la Silver. In other exhilirating news, I was happy to find myself featured in a website called Web Fashion Awards among many other stylish bloggers whom I greatly admire. Vote and comment for my featured entry here? Many thanks in advance. Another surprise to come; still in the works.

90210 Madness

Hey, you guys! I promise to get back to all of your comments from my previous post as soon as possible. What a marvelous surprise, getting so many wonderful amounts of feedback from all of you. Can't wait to reply back! I was out of town for most of the weekend, visiting with family, but I'm back now. Ohhh and I scored two of the coolest pairs of boots I could ever hope to find (can't wait to showcase them in the blog, soon!)

In the meantime, I hope you like the 90210 muse board I made for you. My latest obsession. I actually just started watching it, via iTunes last week and became instantly hooked. I've only gotten up to episode 4; "The Bubble," but nevertheless, liking it more and more with every episode. I can't decide if I like it even more than Gossip girl? My favorite characters are Naomi Clark (deliciously evil) and Ethan Ward (just plain delicious!) I can't forget to mention Jessica Stroup, "Silver" who has as much an affinity for knee socks as I do and I wish I had her steel blue eyes.

Solestruck in my knee socks!

Grey matters. The progression of my moving has brought forth a few items I had mistakenly forgotten about within the dark depths of my closet. I came across this part mini, part body con sweater dress as I was readying myself for the move. I instantly knew I had to pair it with the gorgeous platforms that Danielle from Solestruck so lovingly sent my way. And just in time for my Birthday last week, too. Thank you!! I love them. Their supple leather and intricate design are integral and thus there is something special to be said as I cannot stop my fawning over them. Particularly comfortable, given their awesome height, they complemented the dress perfectly. My shrunken cardigan is actually one of my most prized possessions, belonging to my Mom (when she was a baby!) The knee socks? Juicy Couture.
