Brunching at Sarabeth's Central Park South

Coffee, Porridge (baby Bear), Spinach & Goat Cheese omelette = yum!
I also got to meet many fellow fashion bloggers including; Ashley (Breakfast at Saks) and Nichelle (Style Mom). It was such a delight.

Here I am at Bryant Park listening to Glee Christmas caroling with the crowd.

Catching a glimmering set of clouds; a spectacular sight to grab hold of as I head back home. The sunlight seemed to catch and dance with them with such a magical force.

My first taste of New York consisted of a taxi ride through Manhattan, an invitation to a Red Carpet/VIP event, followed by a delicious brunch at Central Park. Rocket XL did a wonderful job of organizing the whole occasion. The team behind TJ Maxx and Marshalls were all very nice. I came away from Alison Deyette's talk with a lot of great fashion and saving tips. Keywords: one-stop shopping and bargain hunting. Many thanks to Victoria and Brian, as well TJ Maxx and Marshalls for putting this Holiday blogger event together and making me a part of it. I had a blast, and now have great memories of the Big Apple to last a lifetime!

I Heart New York

My trip to Manhattan was a great success. The first day was spent walking, exploring and noshing on goodies. Red Stone Pizzeria makes the yummiest veggie pizza and cranberry turkey wraps ever. I finally got to go inside of H&M and Zara, although I was too rushed for time to shop. The best part of that first day was finally getting to meet up with blogger friend and New York native, Karen (Where Did U Get That?) and having a photo shoot session taken of us together. The location? Where else but the New York Public Library where Carrie Bradshaw chose to wed Big in the Sex and The City film. *You can see more photos of us, including dining at Serafina in Karen's blog here.

Thank you for the Feature StyleCaster.com it about made my year!! YES, YES, YES!

A Taste of New York

Me in a taxi cab just after arriving at the airport.
Being in New York City for only two days was just a bite of the Apple.
I'm ready to go back for more and soon. I've never felt more "at home" than I did while I was there... stay Tuned!

Ps. Thanks for the Feature Glamour :)

For now... a little appetizer, while I download the rest of my photos from the fabulous trip! So many things, including a few Surprises, to share and show.

Lastly, a fun little word game site that I found. Simply input your blog/website URL to find out your most used words. These will all then become compiled into a pretty little graphic for your convenient use. Courtesy of Wordle.
