This time it's a tour of the Central Park Zoo. I hope you like it. While we were there, we saw crew blocking off a section of the zoo. They were setting up to film a new television show: Unforgettable. I thought that was pretty cool and would now like to tune in to watch.

When we are at the park shooting this Outfit a few weekends back, I corralled my brother into filming some of it. I'm still a bit out of sorts with the news on my Mother in Law, she seems to be stable now, yet still in intensive care. We're all praying for the best. A Day With Fashion Chalet " Take 2 "

I haven't shared an outfit video with you guys in a while. I've actually had this one sitting on my desktop for a few months now. I just never got around to putting it up on YouTube 'til now. I hope you like it. It's a little peek at some of my looks from Spring/Summer 2011.

Elie Tahari New York Fashion Week SS 2012

There is always a sense of calm when entering the tents at Lincoln Center for Fashion Week. With Elie Tahari, there is also a sense of grace and propriety.

Elegantly understated is how I would describe the Spring/Summer 2012 collection from Elie Tahari. From the moment the bright lights popped on, the music began to play and the models started to glide down the Catwalk... I was mesmerized. First came the creamy nude and neutral blazers with the pant suits. From there, the pastel palette came in order of pale blues, mild tangerines and basic black. Mixing in sheer, harem style trousers, gold accents and simple sandals along the way. I wanted every single swaying skirt and jewel toned jacket. My favorite detail, aside from the gorgeous color scheme and sheer blouses, had to be the fuss-free ponytails and dewy makeup. Elie Tahari did it again!

As part of my collaboration Project with True Religion Brand Jeans this summer, a series known as Taxi TV ran in select New York City Taxi Cabs during the month of August. A Day for Skinny Jeans

Skinny Jeans have fast become my favorite jeans. That's not to say I don't favor other styles as well, I just happen to find skinny jeans the easiest to wear. Virtually any shoe goes. Here's a quick video of me wearing some of my favorite pairs. Asos Pink Lace-Up Biker and my trusty twiggy karma James Jeans.

Elene Cassis Fall 2011

Comfort and Couture came together, to create the inspiration that is Elene Cassis and her wares. Stating, "My clothing line features classic and timeless designs that embody the essence of modern elegance, inspire self-confidence and celebrate the graceful curves of the female form". Elene Cassis brought the entire crowd to its feet with her Fall 2011 debut. I personally enjoyed the cocktail dresses, elegant gloves and rich scarves.

L.A.M.B. Fall 2011 RTW

New York Fashion Week came to a close with Gwen Stefani's Fall show, full of theatrics and glamour girls, literally. Gwen sent out six distinct groups of perfectly coiffed and clothed models. The collection started with Soldier girls and was punctuated with Glamour girls. Raga Muffin, London, Buffalo and Mod girls took center stage. The funky vibe set by the eclectic, and a little bit eighties, soundtrack merged well with the larger than life video screen clips playing in loop. My favorite pieces came from the Ragga Muffin and Buffalo girls. Think: Structured jackets, bright colors, blanket plaids and sky-high knit hats.
