Usually I'm in front of the camera. Today I'm behind it saying THANK YOU for reading, supporting, tweeting, and facebook-ing with me. I love each and every one of you. I hope 2012 brings us even more adventures, fun and fantastic fashion ideas. I also hope I get the chance to meet more of you in person! Some of the best friendships I have made have been through blogging! :)

We still aren't living like "The Jetsons" ..but hey, let's celebrate anyway! ;)

" COLLECTIONS " Coffee Mugs

First off, Happy Friday! Today, I wanted to share with you, one of my favorite things to collect. Coffee mugs! No matter where I visit, or the Holiday, I always seem to be stocking up. I have so many in fact, I rotate according to mood and season. Right now these are my Holiday and Christmas season mugs. Next to books, there's nothing I love more than Coffee!

What are your NYE Plans tomorrow night? To be honest, it's not my favorite Holiday. It's boring "staying up" until Midnight, since I do that everyday anyway.. the fun part is the Ferris Wheel ride at Midnight and the dinner party we're planning. I'll be cooking in the Kitchen all afternoon.

Why are Levi's jeans so much more fun to wear as cut offs? I happen to know for a fact that Erin Wasson agrees. She grew up collecting old Levis only to transform them into cut offs. And, even though cut offs are more of a Summer staple, I couldn't resist pairing them with a colorful Christmas sweater and sheer tights.

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and Holiday weekend. How did you spend yours? Mine was filled with family, food and festivities. I love to get all dressed up during the Holidays and wear my favorite sweaters and dresses. Sometimes, though, it's fun to dress down. Go casual and be comfortable. These particular photos were taken a bit before Christmas. We went to the Park to celebrate my younger brother's birthday with a barbecue. I enjoy walking in the woods and feeling infinitesimally small among the trees.

This Gorilla T Shirt has seen many a wearing. It definitely reminds me of Christopher Kane.

" LAST CHRISTMAS " We had Lots of Snow!

I can hardly believe that just last year it snowed on Christmas. It started at night and we woke up to a Winter Wonderland on the 26th. It doesn't seem to be in the forecast for this year, though. :(

It's crazy how a whole year has already flown by. It literally went by in a wink. So much has happened in the past 365 days. I want to thank all of you for reading and supporting me and my blog. I look forward to another Year with you! :) Sharing my adventures and Fashion finds. I also look forward to receiving all of your feedback (my favorite part!)

Last night we celebrated Christmas Eve, or "Noche Buena" to us, with lots of food and presents at Midnight. Today we woke up to a casserole, gifts from 'Santa' and biscuits with homemade jam. What are some of your Christmas/Holiday traditions??

Even though my Stylemint T Shirt reads I'm Almost Not Crazy, it reminds me of the movie, Almost Famous. Can you tell how excited I was to parade around town in this white faux fur coat? I've been vying for a white fur coat since last Winter. Abominable snowman references or not, I love this fuzzy fur coat. I can see myself already getting plenty of wear out of it. As for the T Shirt, I've always had a thing for heather gray pieces. A perfect staple for layering or wearing alone. Lastly, my 3 favorite go to items (riding pants, ankle boots and Alexander Wang bag) complete this ensemble.

Christmas Cookies and Cocoa

To be perfectly honest, I'm so not a dessert person. I'm known for my salty tooth. If I do choose to indulge in some sugary snacks, I'm more than likely to chase it with something salty. However, when the Holiday Season begins I can't ignore the tasty treats in the bakery windows. I'm a sucker for pretty desserts too. If it's cute, I just want to take a bite out of it.. ;)

This year, my goal is to bake my Christmas cookies from scratch.

This Coat is vintage (my Mom's!) from the eighties. I love its nubby structure and interlaced fabrics. The silhouette alone attracted my attention and the sweater sleeves are great. I feel like I could fit in on set any eighties movie whilst wearing it. Adventures in Babysitting for instance, or my other personal favorite, Ferris Bueller's Day Off!

The addition of a charcoal gray T Shirt from Stylemint and form-fitting leggings were all I needed to complete my look. The punch of color via my flourescent Cambridge satchel and chunky, Topshop ankle boots (which I can't seem to get enough of!) were the final touches.
